Windows 10: Disk Validation failed while using mbr2gpt

I am trying to convert my BIOS mode from legacy to UEFI. I am using mbr2gpt to convert it. But when I run the command mbr2gpt /validate /disk:0 /allowFullOS, it shows disk validation failed.setuperr file is giving me this error:ValidateLayout: Unrecognized partition found, index 3setupact file is having this log:2021-06-25 10:08:35, Info MBR2GPT was explicitly asked to run in full OS mode. 2021-06-25 10:08:35, Info MBR2GPT: Attempting to validate disk 0 2021-06-25 10:08:35, Info MBR2GPT: Retrieving layout of disk 2021-06-2

When trying to convert to GPT, I get this error:

I've tried shrinking the storage by a few GB in case it was the issue, but no luck. I'm kinda out of ideas. Maybe the recovery partition counts as a primary partition and thus I go over the 3 primary maximum? It shouldn't, but that's the only idea I have left.

It requires pro edition for the function,the conversion is not possible on the free edition.Is there any way to use the system provided
mbr2gpt tool and I wish to know why the
validation failed?
