Windows 10: DISM - and Windows Update - give out error code 0x800f081f

System: DISM:Windows Update:My System is a Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgraded System. All Programs work without errors. I would switch of Windows Update if I don't want the upcoming Android Features.I tried to repair Windows Update with following:1.https://gist.github.com/wongsyrone/5248df5f2f23df0c1ff3367e4c302de5#file-wureset2-0-bat2.https://www.tweaking.com3.renaming catroot2 and softwaredistribution4.DISM - where the error accured also when i use an ISO created over the media creation tool out of my systemAny further things I can try?

DISM error: 0x800f081F...

Windows version: 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1165)

As usual, I ran ""sfc -scannow" command after this month patch update, that didn't find any integrity violation.

The "RestoreHealth" could not fix the error:





Checking the image health in PowerShell confirms the issue:





Repairing the image with PowerShell also fails:





The system in question boots up and runs just fine, pretty much the same as prior to the patch update. The issue seems very similar, if not the same, to a previous thread in this forum:

Creators update component store shows corruption but unable to repair

It is not clear, if the solutions in that and other old threads are workable on the latest version of W10.

Anyone has a suggestion how to fix this error?

Dism error: 0x800f081f

I used Dism "C:\>dism /image:c:\ /cleanup-image /restorehealth /scratchdir:c:\scratch" to repair a Win10 system in a PE environment, and received an error 0x800f081f, stating that "[t]he source files could not be found".

Any suggestions on what to do next?

i was installing updates in win 10. I got error Error code: (0x80073712). to solve this I sed cmd dism commands. then got the error mentioned in subject line.
