Windows 10: DISM command almost ruined my 3 week old laptop

This CMD command almost ruined my 3 week old laptop bought it since December 22. Let me explain about what I have done:I was on YT and found the DISM command that was like thisISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthAnd I was thinking about following that command. So I attempted it, and 1 hour later, it was stuck at 62.3% and I was in panic on what will it happen next.So I restarted my laptop with the "Updates are underway. Please keep your computer on." screenand thankfully Windows was back on track.Instead of waiting to see what it'll happen, I closed the CMD window in the middle of it.

DISM - Parameter "Cleanup-Image" is not known (error 87)

To troubleshoot your concern, we suggest that you run DISM Restore Health command. Refer to the steps provided below:

• Open Command Prompt (Administrator).
• Type the following command:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

3. Press Enter.

Is Command and Conquer Ruined

For all those who played the new command and conquer 4, do you think EA ruined command and conquer.

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
