Windows 10: DISM Error: 0x80010111 ?

While attempting to upgrade Windows from version 23H2 to 24H2 using the ISO obtained from Microsoft, I ran into an error during execution.I ran the command C:\Windows\System32>dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth and received an error related to DISM. DISM - Parameter "Cleanup-Image" is not known (error 87)

To troubleshoot your concern, we suggest that you run DISM Restore Health command. Refer to the steps provided below:

• Open Command Prompt (Administrator).
• Type the following command:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Error code: 0xc000012f DISM has error code: 0x80010111

Windows 10. My taskbar search mode and Start button isn't working, alongside my microphone button, miscellaneous button, volume, button taskbar-to-desktop button, or time and date button. The only thing that literally works on my taskbar are application buttons to start applications.

The source of this error(I'm assuming) is 0xc000012f which means that something in the System32 folder is corrupted after a Windows Update(I had one like yesterday <Removed> Windows Updates, all they do is update how broken your computer is). The error window pops up whenever I try to open the command prompt or PowerShell, for instance.

Now, the (supposed) "fix" to this issue is running:
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

in the command prompt, however upon reaching this line:
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

I encounter this error:

Error: 0x80010111

An error occurred while attempting to start the servicing process for the image located at C:\.

For more information, review the log file.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Okay. <Removed> Well supposedly the "fix" to all this is to restore your Windows to an earlier point in time. "Great!" I think to myself. "What could possibly go <Removed> wrong?" The only way to get to this restore point system <Removed> is to open it up via command prompt. So I did that.

What do you know? I don't have a single restore point to go back to! Thanks, Windows, for consistently giving me issues that no one can solve that eventually lead to the downfall of every <Removed> computer I've ever had all because of your useless <Removed> Windows Updates. Real helpful.

I checked to see if any external programs were causing this error in regedit or whatever the bloody thing's called and there was nothing to be found.

I don't know how to re-update my computer so that Windows overwrites the corrupted files and I don't have the original disk that I used when I installed Windows.

If anyone has something that works, I'd really love to hear it
