Windows 10: DISM Error 32 please Help

When I ran this line: dism.exe /Capture-Image /ImageFile:G:\wimfiles\install.wim /CaptureDir:C:\ /Name:Windows_10 /
compress:max I got a error 32. I sent along the log file and a picture of the screen when the error came up what do I need to do? Is there somewhere on this line that i got it wrong? John

Cortana Reminders not working

Running DISM as shown (PS Admin), returns:

Error: 11

You cannot service a running 64-bit operating system with a 32-bit version of DISM.

Please use the version of DISM that corresponds to your computer's architecture.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

The log file does not tell me where or how to rung a 64-bit version of DISM.

I did not want to try step 3 f step 2 is not working.

 

You must run the command from WinPE, not while Windows is running.

• Boot up Windows Installation disk
• SHIFT+F10 to open Command Prompt
• Run: dism.exe /Capture-Image /ImageFile:E:\install.wim /CaptureDir:C:\ /Name:Windows10 /compress:Max

NOTE: Under WinPE. C drive might have different Drive Letter. Make sure it is C:
else use the appropriate letter.
