    Dism.exe error 1243 The specified service does not exist


    I cannot mount a WinPE image in order to update and deploy it. What can I do to fix it?I've installed the Windows ADK and the WinPE add-on. When following the instructions found here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/winpe-create-usb-bootable-drive?view=windows-10 , at step 4 when executing this command: Dism /Mount-Image /ImageFile:"en-us\winpe.wim" /index:1 /MountDir:"C:\WinPE_amd64\mount" , I get the following error:Error: 1243The specified service does not exist.The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.logThe source file exists,

    I am unable to run Command Prompt as an administrator. It tells me "Specified service does not exist as an installed service."

    Dism.exe error 1243 The specified service does not exist

    AMD Chipset Install Error: 1316, The Specified Account Already Exists

    In Device manager, most of those from that list are signed as Microsoft drivers, probably for compatibility purposes, just like disk drive drivers.
    These are only ones from that list that I can find that is signed as AMD.
