I'm new configuring the LTSC 2019 without Internet, trying to deal with server setup practice.1.Things well known below:1.1-"control-program - windows...fuction-.net3.5" can't be turn on by one click on win7/win8/win10/win11, so we need a Image from another successed windows 10 can be found from web1.2-the online method Windows Updatewuserv, dont work with LTSCLTSC is the version who try avoid windows update automaticly or frequently checked and installed,so the less , necessary patch can be found with the setup as a part of "function installation pack group" and the "component-like patc

DISM.exe failed about wrong setup order in LTSC 2019 x64(1809) cause hr: 0x800f0800(nothing changed) and hr:0x800f0001(no source found)

I'm new configuring the LTSC 2019 without Internet, trying to deal with server setup practice.

1.Things well known below:

1.1-"control-program - windows...fuction-.net3.5" can't be turn on by one click on win7/win8/win10/win11, so we need a Image from another successed windows 10 (can be found from web)

1.2-the online method Windows Update(wuserv), dont work with LTSC(LTSC is the version who try avoid windows update automaticly or frequently checked and installed,so the less , necessary patch can be found with the setup as a part of "function installation pack group" and the "component-like patch" can be download on catalog).

2-win10 dism 2019 can't work correct with .Net3.5 when these happened:

2.1- not setup .net4.8 framework,(and several .net 5) first(if setup , no errors occur)

2.2-setup .net3.5 framework with "Dism.exe /Online /FeatureName:NetFX3 /sources:/sources/sxs /Index:1 /LimitAccess" first

↑ D:/sources/sxs comes from another version of win10 Image.

3? The real problem might be in the log: Dism.exe deals the "source" option twice, the second time it warns "no 'source' option. "

then the warning/error happens:Failed to setup feature install state.

4. these can't work well:

4.1-patch for win7/8 for hr0x800f0001(in the issue, the duplicated "source" option read explained as the random address error in win7/win8), and the patch can't be setup in win10.

4.2-(Administrator) Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth,

Dism /Mount-wim /Image:C:/install.wim /MountDir:C:/REP

then

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Image:C:/REP/windows

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /OpenComponentCleanUp

5-What I decide to do: ReInstall win10 LTSC 2019.

6-I may want to know:May any news about patch for win10 LTSC/dism replacement command ,or Return it's logic/command to the start?

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.
