Windows 10: DISM is showing at 84.9% "The operation completed successfuly"

Can someone tell if this is a big problem. I Formatted my PC and installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 just because I had this problem and it is still there. When I run the CMD command: DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth at 84.9% it says: "The operation completed successfully" can someone tell me if this is a big problem and what should I do to fix it? Thank You.

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Windows 10 updates frozen at 84% completed for many hours

After not using my computer for several months updates were to be done. I started them. I have Windows 10. It was to take a while. Said not to turn off computer. I left it to finish over night when it was 84% complete. Notw it is staying at 84% many
hours later. I cannot work while it is updating. Nothing on the keyboard works. Suggestions?
