Windows 10: dism problems, win10 reinstall problems

Hello,I had a lot of problems installing Visual Studio 2022After a long test with VS team they said that the problems are on Windows.Summarizing the tests I made:check disk : no errorsfc /scannow : no errorwindows defender scan : no virus, no malwareonly the dism.exe report always error 2 using different command line parameters. I have already tried all the suggested remedies to "dism error 2" but nothing worked.Desperate, I tried to reinstall windows 10 with keep apps and data options.When the installer reach 70% the installer quit without information.If it is useful I can include the two f

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above

You didn't list your OS

As long as you went through step by step, you should not have had a DISM error, unless the infection was deeper than you thought.
