    DISM repair worked - then reverts back to same problem. Any other solutions options?


    Hello. Windows Explorer is not allowing folders to be openened - just keeps bouncing back to Quick Access - and when using browsers will open briefly, then revert to home page. I ran several various virus scans and nothing was found. sfc /scannow and C:\WINDOWS\system32>dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth both seemingly successfully repairs issue. Restart the computer and it works for a little while. All appears back to normal. Then reverts back to the same issue. Any ideas at to what the issue is and/or advice? I'm assuming Windows Repair but thought I'd check before committ
