Windows 10: Dism /ScanHealth Results in Error 1726

When I run a 'Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth' command, I get the following error after reaching the 20% point:

Error: 1726
The remote procedure call failed.

I also had the following errors in my dism.log file:

Any thoughts? The '/CheckHealth' option worked fine, but I had been having issues with 'sfc /scannow' which led me to trying to see if Dism might be able to resolve things...

Test 1 (DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth)

Results: No component store corruption detected.

The operation completed successfully.

Test 2 (DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth)

Results: stop at 4,5% Error: 1726
a RPC (Remote Procedure Call). (could not reacth)
The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Maby you need to see that dism.log?
