Windows 10: DISM Tool Error 3 in PowerISO 8.5

Hi,So I was making a WIM image of a VMware virtual hard disk file mounted to my computer in read only mode, and I keep getting Error Code 3 in PowerISO the system cannot find the path specified I've tried it again, and I still getting the same error. I am not sure how to upload the DISM log file.My computer's specs if it helpsIntel Core i7-3615QM CPU @ 2.30GHz16GB DDR31TB Crucial MX500 SSD CT1000MX500SSD1Intel HD Graphics 4000 iGPU doesn't show up in Windows Task Manager for some reasonWindows 10 LTSC 21H2 64-bit

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

log file too long to fit in this post. I have already tried the steps in this article:

My issues with this:

• Step 3: file not found
• Step 4: files not found
• Step 5: about 40% of the files are missing
• Finally: after a reboot dism still cannot fix my PC

 

DISM - Parameter "Cleanup-Image" is not known (error 87)

To troubleshoot your concern, we suggest that you run DISM Restore Health command. Refer to the steps provided below:

• Open Command Prompt (Administrator).
• Type the following command:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

3. Press Enter.

PowerISO cannot be pinned to Windows 10 Start Menu

1. Is the issue confined to a single application or multiple application?

Answer:

Yes, this is the only program that is experiencing the problem of not pinning to the start menu

2. What happens when you try to pin PowerISO to start? Do you receive any error message?

Answer:

No error message when attempting to pin the program to the start menu

From instructions posted, the Windows Explorer had been restarted with no success for pinning the PowerISO icon to the start menu.
