I have no Idea how to do DISM in Windows 11I ried DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and get an error.I driving me bloody madWhat do you put EXACTLY in the command line?Exact please.

The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

• 22000.xxx is 21H2
  
• 22621.xxx is 22H2
  
• 22631.xxx is 23H2

Windows 11 23H2 upgrade broke File Explorer, it will not run

Good news!

Problem seems to be fixed by 2023-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5032190) update released 11/14 that I installed on 11/15. In the Knowledge Base notes is the following under File Explorer:

• This update addresses an issue that stops File Explorer from opening.
  

It worked for me, no longer have any problems, no need to re-install (somehow I couldn't roll back 23H2 update and had no recovery point before that time).
