Windows 10: Disney+ App Windows 10 sound stopped working

Hi AllI've been using the windows 10 Disney+ app since I found it had been launched on the Microsoft store. Oddly a few days ago the Dolby Digital side has stopped outputting sound to my av receiver. It still shows that a signal is being sent.I reinstalled the app, I even reinstalled my NVidia Graphics card drivers as I thought something must have changedWhat I find really odd is that if I drop the configuration from 5.1 PCM down to stereo, the Disney+ app will output a stereo signal to my av receiver via the same connect.With everything else, the sound is perfect although I'd love to re-use

Novice here, Is it possible to download Disney + app onto my laptop? If so, what are the steps?

Will Windows 10 store get a Disney+ app that works on more than XBOX One?

We have a Netflix app and Hulu app already that works great. It would be nice to get a Disney+ app.

If Disney said it is a Microsoft Decision, that is not true, all companies, like Disney, WhatsApp, FaceBook, Netflix . . etc. developer their own Apps, and then put them up on the various stored, like the Microsoft Store, the Google App Store . . etc.

It is not Microsoft that would produce that App, it is Disney that would produce the App for the Windows platform, and so far, they have not decided to do that . ..
