    Disney magic kingdoms app can't get 3,000 gem pack.


    Hi, my name is Christopher Alexander and I've been having an issue with my Disney magic kingdoms app with getting the 3,000-gem pack, it keeps saying Looks like you already own this, I already paid for it and everything and I tried everything else that I saw online and even gotten thru to Gameloft about this. Gameloft gave me the 3,000 gems at least but I am still getting this issue please help, the order # for this is 4832717561.PUR-User Already Owns ContentbqmjBLC30OMRENd.

    Unable to play Disney Magic Kingdom

    For some reason in Disney Magic Kingdom I can not get past to the part of "checking content". Then it says, " successful completion of content". Then it goes back to checking content. This is the only game I have a problem with on windows. Does anybody else
    have this problem as well?
