Windows 10: Display bigger then the screen

After win10 update, the win try to display on a bigger screen.

I see most of the picture, but not all the picture from all 4 directions.

I am using HDMI to a Philips TV (old)

Reinstall the driver didn't helped.

No pre-installed driver.

How can it be fixed?

It is important that you have the correct screen display and resolution. We suggest that you perform the following steps to reset the monitor settings:

• Boot your computer in
  safe mode.
• Once in safe mode, right-click the desktop > Screen Resolution.
• Change the display settings back to the original configuration.
• Restart your computer.

This issue may have been caused by some changes made in the resolution configuration or if there's an issue with the graphics driver after installing an update. To isolate your concern, we'd like to know which version of Windows you're using. To check it, press Windows
logo key + R, type winver, then select OK. Also, can you tell us what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you check the Display settings to see if the resolution was set to its recommended level. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Type display settings in the Search bar, then press Enter.
  
• Go to Advanced display settings.
  
• Check if the resolution is set at the recommended level. If not, change it to the recommended resolution.
