Display does not fit Screen. Windows 10, i tryed this but they dont work Method1: Try to uninstall and re-install the Display drivers.You may follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall the Display driversress “Windows Logo” + “R” keys on the keyboard and type “devmgmt.msc” in the “Run” Command box and press “Enter”.In the “Device Manager” window, search for the Display drivers, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that and then remove the corrupted

Method1: Try to uninstall and re-install the Display drivers.

You may follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall the Display drivers:

• Press “Windows Logo” + “R” keys on the keyboard and type “devmgmt.msc” in the “Run” Command box and press “Enter”.
• In the “Device Manager” window, search for the Display drivers, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device”
  you may select that and then remove the corrupted drivers from the computer.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and the restart the computer if prompted.

Method 2: You can try installing the drivers in compatibility mode and check if this helps:

• Press the ‘Windows key on the keyboard.
• Type compatibility in the search box and then press
  enter.
• Click “Run programs made for previous versions of Windows” option from the list appeared in the left side.
• Select the drivers and install.

Have been dealing with this problem for a week now--it was full screen when I first updated to Windows 10 but suddenly shrunk before my eyes a few days later. I tried your Method 1: On my Device Manager I saw "Display adapters" listed and "Monitor" listed
with "AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series" listed under that. I googled "is Display adapter and Display driver the same," and it basically said yes. So I right clicked the AMD line under Monitor and Uninstalled, checking remove software. There was no message after it
uninstalled to close the computer, but I rebooted anyway. Now, on my Device Manager, I see:

Display adapters

AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series

Monitors

SyncMaster 2333HD(Digital)

The one I uninstalled is still there but listed under Display adapters, and my Monitor properties still say the device is working properly.

If I go into Win 10 Settings/Display or Personalize, I can change the Background from fit to span and I get about 1/2" more added to my desktop.

I leave my PC every day totally exhausted and disgusted. I need to do some important work with several windows open, and my display is hampering that. I want to get this fixed, or go back to Windows 7 (if still an option), or go to Apple.

Please help me!

• Did you make any changes to the pc prior to this issue?
• Does this issue occur on a local account or the Microsoft user Account?

Please Sign out from the current user account, restart the pc and login to the administrator account to check if that helps. Also ensure to install any pending updates on the pc to keep the system up to date.

If the issue persists, I suggest you check the screen resolution set on the computer. To set resolution follow the below steps:-

• Press “Windows Key + X” and select Control Panel.
• Go to Display.
• Click on Screen Resolution.
• Try using a different resolution and check if it fits your desktop.
• Save the changes and restart the system.

If you still face the issue, you can try updating your display drivers from Device Manager and check if it helps.

Refer the below steps to update the driver.

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device Manager.
• Select Display Adapter and expand the driver icon.
• Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.
• Restart the computer and check if the issue is resolved.
