Windows 10: Display driver adaptor

I have Dell Latitude E5570 laptopwin 10 proGraphics card is showing two drivers1. AMD2.IntelIf I disable any one of the driver and restart laptop what will happen? it will enable automaticallyKindly give me suggestion as soon as possible

Display Driver reverts to Windows Basic Display Adaptor After Update

I have a Nvidia GeForce GT 730 Graphics Card. I was running three monitors on it at the highest resolution yesterday.

I updated Windows 10 last night. Now the only one monitor works at 640x480 resolution. I noticed that the Microsoft Basic Display Adaptor is listed as my display driver on Device Manager.

I have attempted to update the driver by allowing Windows to search for an updated driver. It "found" one, installed it, reset the computer, and nothing happened. Microsoft Basic Display Adaptor is still the driver on Device Manager.

I downloaded the last driver from Nvidia using their driver install program. The program installed a driver, reset the computer, and nothing changed. Microsoft Basic Display Adaptor is still the driver on Device Manager.

I then manually selected the Nvidia driver just installed from the "Update Driver" option for Display adaptors. Computer reset and nothing changed. Microsoft Basic Display Adaptor is still the driver on Device Manager.

I have also attempted to revert the system settings before the Windows update by uninstalling the updates. No luck there either.

What is the issue? Is there a problem with the new driver?

 

Display Adaptor

Hello,

I have uninstalled the display adaptor without intention.

I wanted to reinstall the driver for the display adaptor but then noticed, that there wasn't a display adaptor in the device manager anymore. It just didn't pop up. I also checked that hidden devices were shown. But the display adaptor still didn't pop up.

I really need help because I can't work without a driver and I need my computer right now

  Is the columns of hyphens only appears on playing videos or opening the pictures only?

  How many display adaptors have you installed in the Computer?
  

As an initial step, let’s update any pending update for Windows 10. Please follow the below steps to update to latest build.

• 
  Press Windows key+ I to open the
  Settings.
  
• 
  Click on Update & security, then click on
  Windows Update.
  
• 
  Select Check for updates. If Windows Update says that your PC is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.
  

If the issue still persist, then you may try running the hardware troubleshooter and check if the issue can be resolved;

Follow the steps given below:

• Type troubleshooting in the search tool.
• Click on Troubleshooting tab.
  
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
  
• Select the Hardware
  and Device options from the list.
• Click Next to run the Hardware
  and Device Troubleshooter.
  

If the issue still persist, you may contact the AMD support team to get a Windows 10 compatible driver as the latest driver provided by the AMD for this graphic card is supported for Windows 7 only. Click on the below link to
