  1. Display Driver not working

Hello there! So basically I have an issue with my monitor driver. The problem is that my monitor is actually 16:9 and 1280 by 720. But windows recognizes it as 4:3. I have tried all sorts of solutions like deleting ghost drivers using intel's driver diagnostics but all that results in nothing and saying everything is fine. Note I used to have this problem before I upgraded to windows 10 so its not an operating system thing. My monitor is a dell 1708 FPf btw.Dxdiag details if more are required i can send System Manufacturer: Dell Inc. System Model: OptiPlex 760

    :)
