Windows 10: Display Errors and Blue Screen

I keep getting Blue Screen reboots and also from time to time a vibrating screen and at others ghosting., these generally clear after the PC is off for a few hours and was first noticed after playing a Microsoft game.


I have checked the display drivers, which were ok but uninstalled and re installed them but to no avail. Has anyone any ideas or does anyone know safe software that will clean up the machine?

  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
