Windows 10: Display flipping

My display automatically flips to portrait when it goes to sleep. When I go in to correct it to landscape, the option to lock rotation is greyed out. How do I keep it landscape mode until it is manually changed?

I suggest you to update the display driver and check if it helps.

Step 1: Press Windows Key +
R on your desktop screen to go to run command box.

Step 2: Type devmgmt.msc and hit
Enter.

Step 3: Look for display driver, right-click and then click
Update.

Step 4: When you are prompted to confirm that you want to remove the device, click
OK.

Step 5: Restart your computer.

How to Mirror Display without Flipping?

Hello,

Just wondering if it is possible to mirror the display WITHOUT flipping it upside down?

The closest I can find is to go to "Display Settings > Display Orientation > Landscape (flipped)", but I do not want the screen to be upside down as well.

Any options?

I changed landscape to portrait in display menu. However, the resulted portrait mode was flipped.

• Are you selecting the option as ‘portrait’ or ‘portrait flipped’ in display option?

I suggest you to press “ctrl+alt+arrow” keys to change the screen display and check if it helps.
