Discus and support Display issues in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; My laptop screen display keeps jumping up and down.     Display issues


    My laptop screen display keeps jumping up and down. It's hard to explain but it looks like the taskbar lifts up for like 3 seconds and then goes back down. As it lifts, vertical lines appear on the left of screen and then disappear when it goes down again.
