Windows 10: Display live folder image per W8.1 or earlier style

Discus and support Display live folder image per W8.1 or earlier style in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I'm wondering if a registry key exists that will change display of a live folder in Window 10 so an image isn't cropped to a square i.e. it displays...     I'm wondering if a registry key exists that will change display of a live folder in Window 10 so an image isn't cropped to a square i.e. it displays just as previous versions of Windows?

    Change login background images

    As per post by DaveM121 > select 'Slideshow' >select 'Add a folder' > browse & select the folder containing the images you want to display.

    Photo Gallery in Windows 10 not working like before

    Hi,

    Can you test it with images in your local folders? Create a folder on your desktop and place some image files in there. Preview an image using using Photo Gallery, and click the Edit, Organize button..

    Does it show the folder contents correctly?

    Yeah it's you.... To make things easy here's the Windows 8.1 version of the first image. If you can't see how Windows 10 crops the image an eye exam might be in order
