Windows 10: Display out freezes for 1-2 seconds when using Alt+Esc from Windowed Fullscreen Games

I believe this may be a rather unique problem, but I've tried searching for answers and have not found anything other than Alt+Tab problems and solutions.I run a 3 monitor setup on a Windows 11 based PC. My primary monitor is connected to an AMD discrete GPU 6900 XT while my other two panels are run through my Intel 12700 integrated GPU UHD 770. There are two drivers running for each GPU and there does not appear to be any conflicts with both operating. I do not have any other issues other than this relatively minor, but annoying issue. Win+Tab and Alt+Esc question

Hello! I have recently started using Win+Tab to manage my windows, and i would like to cycle through multiple "fullscreen" windows using Alt+Tab, what i would like to know is: There is a way for me to tell my pc i want a few "important" windows to cycle through and still have other unimportant apps not get picked up by the Alt+Esc shortcut? For example, i have multiple fullscreened games i want to cycle through with Alt+Esc but i do not want Alt+Esc to also pick up my Opera or my Discord apps, but i still want those apps to be shown in the current "Desktop" (mainly because i usually have Opera on my secondary monitor). Sorry if it isn't clear, english is not my first language and i do not know how to better explain the situation. If you need further clarification please ask me, and i will try my best to explain. I have a game (CrashDay redline), and i can't Alt+Tab, alt+F4, Ctrl+Alt+Delete, Ctrl+Shift+Esc , because it causes freezing

So, I have a game (CrashDay redline), and i can't Alt+Tab, alt+F4, Ctrl+Alt+Delete, Ctrl+Shift+Esc because it causes freezing. If i do any of those combinations - game just freezes forever (all those combination dont work if it freezes), until i hold power-off
button. There would be no black screen, just a frozen game "screenshot". That means - I cant swich window while playing it by doing Alt+Tab or Win+Tab. Just Cause 2, for example, works great after i switch to browser by Alt+Tab and than back to the game.

Problem is not just in crashday, but in some other FullScreen games (and not only for me - for most people). Those apps are old and would not get updates. Is there any fix to that? (Windowed mode is not solution because my screen is too small to work in
a window).

Also a malware could have done that so it should be fixed in windows

 

1-2 second freezes in games

i was thinking about just getting rid of that 250 gig and getting a samsun 1TB that has amazing reviews.

also i cant rly alt tab when it freezes cause it does it to fast i dont have time to alt tap. the freeze time is just enough to affect my game play and often gets me killed. but by the time i alt tab the game is back to normal anyways.
