Windows 10: Display set to disconnected and computer freezes when attempting to extend or duplicate...

I am encountering an issue with my 3-monitor setup on my Windows computer. One of the monitors stopped displaying video input a few months ago, and despite trying various troubleshooting techniques, the issue persisted. Recently, the monitor started working again after I tried to extend it in display settings but has now reverted to showing as 'disconnected' on my system after turning it off I usually just turn off the computer but the monitors stay on. When attempting to extend or duplicate the monitor in question, my computer freezes for 15-30 seconds and fails to connect. Could you please

Changing display setting from duplicated to extended

So I connected my Lenovo ideapad Y700 to my HTC Vive but wanted to change the display setting from duplicated to extended.(When changing display settings i need to click on keep changes before 13 seconds or the action will reset) However, when i click
on extended the page disappears and i cant go back to it to confirm only when the 13 seconds are done and screen is back to duplicated.

 

Duplicating multiple Displays

I have been attempting to duplicate three displays. All displays are the same resolution, same refresh rate, same 8-bit color, etc.

All are connected to the same graphics card (Nvidia Quadro P620).

All are using a mini Display Port to HDMI converter with an HDMI cable running to each monitor.

The desktop can be extended to all displays, but there is no option to duplicate the desktop to all displays, only to display 1 and 2 or to 1 and 3.

Two of the displays are listed as Generic PNP Monitors. The other says what the display is actually named.

I have been attempting these options through Windows Display Settings.

• Were you able to get an audio on your extended display before? Or is this the first time that you will set up an extended display with your computer?
• Aside from the HDMI cable, have you tried using VGA cable instead to connect to your extended display?
• Can you verify if you have any audio on your speakers if you are not connected to the extended display?
