Windows 10: Display settings are missing

I have not been able to find anyone to be able to help me after hours of searching for tutorials and no luck I hope someone can help me here. The display screens, duplicate, extend, and show other monitors are all missing.My graphics card is good and able to run on Windows 10. A support person has updated my computer to the best version yet. I have restarted my computer so many times. All my drivers are up to date, I have even went to safe mode for goodness sake. And yes I have tried Windows + R and the settings do pop up but they don’t workI am trying to connect a drawing tablet that uses a H

To reset the settings back to default, follow these steps:

• Go to your desktop, right click and select Display Settings.
• Choose the appropriate settings from the options under Display.

Let us know if the above steps resolved the issue.
