  1. Display settings reverting every day

    Hi everyone

I recently bought a replacement second monitor which I connect to my laptop via HDMI. I have been using a second monitor for years with no issues, it was a HP. Usually I keep my laptop lid shut and just work from the second screen, so I have the display settings on 'display on 2 only'.

My new monitor is a 34" Xiaomi ultrawide, and I find that every day when I turn on my laptop I need to change the display setting to 'display only on 2'. When I turn off my laptop it reverts to 'extend these displays' every time.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks :

    :)
