Windows 10: Display shuts off with Dual Monitors and 2 PCs

I've been wracking my brains on this one for almost 2 years now, and I haven't been able to find anything that seems to help, so I figure I'll try here.I have 2 Dell S2716DG G-Sync monitors hooked up to my personal PC via displayport connections on a EVGA 3080 Ti graphics card.I also have my work PC hooked up to those same monitors, but they're hooked up via HDMI cable, because the monitors support it, and it's way easier to switch inputs on the monitors than to switch the cables between the 2 PCS. On this work PC, I have a 3080, and I'm running a Displayport to HDMI adapter on one of the outp

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.

Taskbar displaying in an incorrect position when using scaling on a dual monitor setup

This issue might have occurred due to display drivers. Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to update the display drivers and check if the issue persists.

Steps to Update Graphics Driver.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right click on the Display Adapter and click on
  Update driver software.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on Windows 10.

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Also, check if the issue persists on 100% screen resolution as well.

Dual monitor, Dual mouse??

• How have you setup dual monitors?
• Are you referring to use 2 different mouse/keyboard with the dual monitor setup?

If yes, the mouse or keyboard may function same as one another. Since, it has to be connected to single PC/tower.

However, setting up 2 different mouse/keyboard with the Dual- monitor setup, it may not function separately for each monitor.
