Windows 10: Display/text size

Win11 Pro Dell desktop 2x extended 28" displayWin security updates up to date & Bios/Drivers updated from DellO365 Bus desktop and various bus desktop apps Display resolution set to defaults, 1920x1080My eysight is problomatic, even after 2x operations and also colour blindWhilst I have increased Text Size to max, 225% this makes little difference in the none O365 Apps.O365 desktop apps are fine as I can increase display with no isues but non MS Apps are dificult.If I increase win11 Scale they are OK but that then inpacts on other items.Anything further that can be done?

• On Cortana search, type display settings.
• Choose Display settings from the list.
• Click on Advanced display settings.
• Under Related settings, select on Advanced sizing of text and other items.
• Under Change only the text size, change specific items on your preferred text size then click on
  Apply.
