Windows 10: display wont wake with pc,help.

occasionally,when waking from sleep the display wont wake.i cant even wake it by off/on or anything else.the only solution is to reboot the whole system.iv tried using a different I/O port on gpu,too.
i did see the same issue fixed in the latest geforce driver but its supposed to fix the same issue but with ampere(rtx 3000),and since my card is pascal(gtx1000) i dont expect much,but i think its noteworthy to mention.
is this something anyone have heard of before?it has been an issue both before and after the latest windows 10 update.

We suggest that you try the steps below, and check if the issue still persists:

• Press Windows key and type keyboard in.
• Click on Keyboard option and a pop-up windows should show up.
• From there, go to > Hardware tab > Properties >
  Change settings > Power management > Allow this device to wake the computer >
  OK/Apply.

mouse/keyboard wont wake pc

Hi Dalchina My mouse (logitech) and Keyboard (dell) are both wireless. I have a Dell desktop all in one (no box) I have checked to see that the mouse and keyboard are checked to wake up the pc. It wont come off the black sleep screen. I hope I have followed instructions properly.
