    Hi, I noted an interesting thing last night. The laptop see specs below on batter keeps changing the brightness of the screen and the quality of color in every few minutes. And this is not a screen problem, because I made a print screen of similar pictures a green-white chess board twice, and they look clearly different! How is it possible?

    Color printing

    I would suggest the following steps:

    In Word, click on "File" - "Options".

    Click on "Display" - Select the box which says "Print background colors and images".

    Click Ok to save the settings and then try to print.

    Hi,

    Since troubleshooting steps were provided, what I can suggest is for you to try to configure the settings on your monitor's color management. Kindly follow the steps provided below:

    • Open Color Management by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type color management, and then click Color
      Management      .
    • Click the Advanced tab, and click Change system defaults.
    • Click the Advanced tab in the Color Management - System Defaults dialog box, and do one of the following:

      - To prevent Windows from loading display calibrations, clear the Use Windows display calibration check box.
    • Click Close in the Color Management - System Defaults dialog box.
    • Click Close in the Color Management dialog box.

    I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.


    • Press Windows key + R

    • Type msconfig

    • In msconfig > Boot tab >
      Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
