    OneCloud / WinPhone problem: restored text messages say "Get media content now"

    I got a new phone and downloaded my saved text messages from OneCloud. But a couple threads only have the same message for every entry: "Get media content now." When I click on it (each) the message changes to "Getting media content." And never changes.
    It's been more than 15 hours and still nothing. Some of the threads are fine, but one very important one has this problem. MS "Virtual Agent" was useless (big surprise). Anyone have a solution? I'll buy you dinner...

    RetailDemo Offline Content?


    Was cleaning up my 10162 install using cleanmgr. One option on the list was "RetailDemo Offline Content", it was 100MB. Not sure what this is, before I delete it. Suggestions?

    Display of names of folder contents

    Not sure if this is a Win10 problem or a software problem but here goes: When I open a folder the contents are always displayed as icons, which forces me to change it to a list each and every time, which is a time-consuming nuisance! Is there any way to
    show the contents as a list by default?
