Windows 10: Displays disconnect on game load, pc still running force to restart

I am not 100% sure that this constitutes as a BSOD, as my displays disconnect 'no signal' when it occurs. Originally I thought it was a driver/gpu-hardware fault. However I have since tested it in another system with the same driver and the card is smooth like butter. Initially this error would happen at an arbitrary point when running any 3d game, but now it occurs the frame the loading screen ends. When forced to restart sometimes the driver is disabled, others it continues to run. I have done a full fresh install of windows, with no change, tried various different drivers, and driver settings, re-seated the card. But now I feel as I have exhausted my options, and I'm trying to work out if this could be a windows related issue. Pre-loaded games won't uninstall

I'm not really into some of the games that were pre-loaded into my PC but when I try to bring up the games from the Start menu and click on 'uninstall' it takes me to the control panel, and I don't see the games listed there for me to uninstall. Suggestions, please? Thanks! ~P

 

external display disconnects LAN?


So I'm using a laptop with windows 10 through HDMI to a TV for display, after 10-20 seconds my LAN on modem turns off. forcing me to restart modem because all devices disconnect. I am able to use the laptop without the TV turned on, but as soon as I turn on the TV my internet goes kaput.... any suggestions. I am 100% sure its a windows 10 problem.
