Windows 10: Disque storage do not reduce after deleting files

Hello everyone, Everytime I delete something from my computer virtual machines on VMworkstation, files on my main computer, even temp files i ended up have more storage on my disque even though I emptied my trash bin but still have storage add problem. Any Ideas how to fix it. Thank you

Looks like you are running out of storage space, let's walk you through the steps of running
Disc cleanup for your Windows 10 device.

To delete temporary files, kindly follow these steps:

• Press the Windows key to launch the Start menu.
• Type in Disc cleanup and press Enter.
• Under Files to delete, select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it.
• Select OK.

If you need to free up more space, you can also delete system files:

• Press the Windows key to launch the Start menu.
• Type in Disc cleanup and press Enter.
• In Disk cleanup, select Clean up system files.
• Select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it.
• Select OK.

How do I reduce storage so there's more space to use?

As a first step, follow these steps:

Before, you proceed, if you have any files in your Downloads folder that you need to keep, move those to another folder for more long term storage . .

Open File Explorer

Click on your hard drive

On the Manage Tab, click Cleanup

Let Disk Cleanup do its initial scan

Select Everything in the list and choose Delete

Start Disk Cleanup again

Let Disk Cleanup do its initial scan

This time in the resulting dialog, click 'Cleanup System Files'

Let Disk Cleanup run another scan

Select Everything in the list and choose Delete

ALSO if you have say music /video / photo ALREADY on a memory card when you place it in a phone, Storage Sense was not the gatekeeper and lists everything in
OTHERS and not under there appropriate type

ADDITIONALLY

There are ONLY THREE AREAS where a user can reduce any Temporary Files, this should show as MORE free space available

First Delete Browsing History,

Delete temporary files, and cookies in Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer /settings, / Delete history.)

There are TWO Temporary File storage areas (located at the base of Storage Sense reports) PHONE & SD CARD

Delete Temporary File (other).
