Windows 10: Dissapearing sound while bluetooth heaphones connected to laptop

Hey,


Couple of years ago, I bought Beats by dr. Dre solo 3 wireless bluetooth headphone, and I've noticed that when it's connected through bluetooth to my laptop it works fine, but sometimes for like 10 seconds I get these intervals of silence where I hear nothing, even though everything seems connected.


I connected other bluetooth devices, but the problem still appeared. So because of that I understand that the problem is on my laptop.


What I tried:

I set my bluetooth device to a default playback device;

Reinstalled bluetooth and headphone drivers;

Paired devices over and over again;


Nothing helps. I'm using Windows 10.

No sound as PC is connected to a bluetooth device.

As per your description, I understand that there is no sound in your PC as it shows that it is currently connected to a Bluetooth device which you do not recognize.

1. Have you connected your PC to Bluetooth speakers?

2. Do you recognize the device that is connected to your PC?

3. Does the Bluetooth device display under Control Panel > Devices and Printers?



For now, I suggest that you perform the steps below and check if you will be able to remove the device in question.

To remove the device from your PC, follow the steps below

• Select Start > Settings > Devices >
  Bluetooth.
• Select the paired Bluetooth device that you want to remove > Remove device >
  Yes.

Bluetooth speaker wont connect to laptop?


I'm having some trouble figuring out what to do here, my Bluetooth speaker wont connect and isn't even discoverable by my laptop. i want to connect my Bluetooth speaker to my laptop but when i go to Bluetooth settings my speaker does not show up on the list of devices. I have un-installed and re-installed the drivers, i've reset the Bluetooth driver management service and Bluetooth support services but still nothing is working, any help would be much appreciated.

just in case you need to know the specs.
speaker: Bush soundbar model-BSB02BT20
laptop: Hp Elitebook 8470p running windows 10

Connected to bluetooth, but no sound....

Seems device have

4.2, if i understand correct...
My desktop have LMP 8.256 - it shud be 4.2, i think?
My laptop have LMP 6.1 - it shud be 4.0?
Seems ok?

I cant understand why there is 2 options in device manager .....
