Windows 10: Distorted screen issues while using word and excel

My laptopn screen HP Pavilion - 15-cs3073cl on Windows 11 Pro 64-bit Version: 22631.4037, screen gets distorted while only using word or excel. i have updated all my drivers, my graphics card, formatted my laptop, checked for virus and even replaced the screen to try and solve the issue bit, the issue still persists. I dont kow what else to do.
