Windows 10: Distortion and interruption of sound in bluetooth headphones

I used the Bloody MH390 Bluetooth headphones on Windows 10 and had no problems, I connected them the first time and used them. I updated to Windows 11, connected the headphones and a problem with the sound appeared, which became distorted and interrupted, only when using these headphones. If I connect to others, for example, AirPods, then there are no problems. There are no problems with the Bloody headphones themselves, I connected them through the dongle to another PC and everything works fine. What can be done? All the drivers are up to date, I disabled sound enhancements and other items in

Bluetooth Headset (not headphones) sound very distorted

I would like the assistance of this community in resolving my issue regarding the distorted sound coming from my bluetooth headset. I have JBL Tune 750BTNC bluetooth headphones which I want to use for video conferencing on zoom. Now I know that Windows
registers them as two separate devices, headphones and headset and I am pretty sure that I have to select the headset option in the zoom app.
Here's a picture of my Zoom audio settings. The problem I am facing is that the audio I hear from my headset(not headphones) is very distorted, distorted enough to make everything not
understandable. The headphones work fine when listening to music and watching videos.

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

 

Sound Distortion w/ BT Headphones When I Move BT Mouse -- Help

I got a BT dongle. When I listen to music through BT headphones and move my mouse at the same time I hear distortion. When I dont move my mouse theres no distortion.

I got Realtek installed and its drivers updated. Thare are 2 options in the MS sound panel for headphones. One for BT headphones stereo and an other for BT non-stereo headphones. I enabled the one for stereo because it sounds better. But I hear distortion with the BT mouse. When I switch to the BT non-stereo option theres no distortion when I move my mouse but sound quality is bad.

What do you suggest to hear BT stereo perfectly with no distortion when I move my mouse?
