    Hey,


    I have been having very strange crashes lately on my machine, it becomes strangely unresponsive, but not frozen, I can move windows around, minimize, but not open anything new or restart. I was able to open task manager last time but everything was frozen and not updating in it and CPU said 0%. Last time I had one I went back and looked at the event view to see if I could figure out whats up. The only thing I had was this same message spammed thousands of times at the exact same time code 4:08:51 when my computer crashed:

    I saw some people changing things in regedit to fix similar things, but I was a little unsure to go around editing permissions to thing. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    What implications would that be ?
    It's easy enough to fix if you follow the steps correctly:

    Windows 10 Event ID 10010 and 10016 Errors With DistributedCOM

    No need to wait and hold your breath. MS can't be bothered with errors that appear to be random or caused by third party software really.

    DistributedCom 10016 permissions event error

    This is Dec 13 a.m. repeat series. The events from previous days in Dec. are now not listed in the Event viewer. This event is recorded at start up , repeats itself and then is not active for the rest of the day.
