Windows 10: Distribution list in email

Discus and support Distribution list in email in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; When I had outlook and outlook express I could build a distribution list to mail a mass email to select people.     Distribution list in email


    When I had outlook and outlook express I could build a distribution list to mail a mass email to select people. I cannot find a way using the People app or the windows app in Microsoft Windows 10 Can you assist with this??/

    eM Client Email Distribution Lists

    Mount the List you want to make changes to, right click it and choose Edit...

    ... there you can re-name the List, add and remove recipients, etc...

    or, Delete the whole List in the Address Book...

    I have sbcglobal.net, L:
    *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and yahoo.net

    I was able to create a distribution list on Internet Explorer but I changed to Windows 10 and that doesn't have a distribution list link and now I don't have my list on Internet Explorer also.

    With Internet Explorer, I was able to create distribution lists for email.

    But with Windows 10, there isn't a link to create a list. How do I import my lists from Internet Explorer?
