Windows 10: DistributiveCOM Error, Restarts the whole PC. WHY?

On 28th September I built my first PC , sooooo much happy, installed Windows11 , every Hardware is working properly.But while using for 15+ minutes, PC restarts. I think that it might be due to updates { to execute updates, PC has to restart } . Then When I showed it to my family, it restarts 2 times and made my MOM worried that someone scammed his son and etc. But i made her Relax.I searched the issue on YouTube and implimented all, what they told in 1rst 10+ videos. But it didn't work. I think it might be WINDOWS issue, so i reinstalled WINDOWS 10 Pro on 5th October. but still it isn't fixed

DistributiveCOM event id 10016

While troubleshooting a random shutdown/reboot issue, which has been solved, I noticed an error in event viewer. I am getting error: DistributiveCOM event id 10016. It shows 27 in the last 24 hours and 227 in the last 7 days. I have read many post on this issue and am having trouble following them because there is a lot of conflicting comments. I have not been exposed to troubleshooting this kind of issue and due to my reading I felt it better to get assistance from this site since I trust it. Can someone help me on this one?

 

PC Randomly Restarting after installing new Ram!

Tried your suggestions, but still had a restart! Also ran memtest overnight (13 hours according to memtest) and had no errors! Also ran Passmark Burn in test for a couple hours testing everything and had no errors or restart. Could fitting the new ram have triggered something to go bad like my mobo or psu?
