Windows 10: Diverse issues in error logs, cause PC to partially freeze

As the title says, I will be doing a task on my PC win10, and the screen will partially freeze, then completely freeze after 15 seconds or so, and can't shut down without pressing the power button, even doing commands like crtl alt del to click on the shutdown option. It seems to happen more often when shutting down a graphics card intensive game I play, but I haven't been able to repeat this consistently. I have lots of different errors in my logs, including but not limited to : system is in french, this is a google translate of the logsComputer default permission settings do not grant Lo

Desktop freeze after log in

In order for us to find out what causes your desktop to freeze after logging in, we would like to gather more information:

• Did you make any recent changes on your computer prior to this issue?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• When the computer freezes, do you get an error message?

A failed update or one-time startup process can sometimes cause stopping, freezing, or reboot-loop issues during the login process. To isolate the issue, we suggest that you answer the following questions:

• Do you have a USB device attached? If yes, can you remove the device and log in again.
  
• Have you tried turning off the WiFi feature in your laptop before logging in?
  
• How about running a Startup Repair in your Windows 10 laptop? (Boot to Advanced Startup Options>Click on Troubleshoot> Click on Advanced options> Click on Startup Repair)
• Aside from the above steps, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Computer Hard Freezes Randomly - No Error logs or Memory dumps


I posted on Sevenforums a few days ago regarding this issue:

I was suggested to check for temps (all were normal) and perform a clean install of Windows 10 (I had upgraded from Windows 7). I had another hard freeze today similar to the ones I was having before. The issue is back and I'm unsure of what to do next. Is this no longer a software issue if reinstalling the OS was unsuccessful?
