Windows 10: DLL Files Keeps Appearing On Desktop

Good day y'all! I've been having this annoying but "harmless" issue for awhile now and at first I just ignored it but it bothered me after awhile even after windows updates. I have this dll file that keeps appearing on my desktop everytime and even after I delete it, it reappears! I've scanned for viruses and malware numerous times and came up with nothing.OS Version: 10.0.22621 Build 22621The dll name is: tcrwd31r.imxtmp.dllMay I please know what this is since I cannot find it anywhere at all. Is it harmful to my system? Can I remove it for good? Thanks in advanced!

Desktop icon keeps appearing on my desktop

I keep getting a icon, labelled "desktop" on my desktop. I have listed the content below.

I have recently reinstalled Windows 10.

windows 10 deleted my desktop files

Step 1 - I upgraded to Win 10 and lost all my files on Desktop.

Step 2 - Found the files in Network - USers- Desktop

copied all files again to desktop.

Step 3- Restarted my machine again and lost desktop files again.

Step 4 - As suggested did the following as listed below but dont find my files.

• Press “Windows + E”, open This PC/Computer
• Open Local Disc C, open Windows.old
• Click on Users, select your User name
• Go to desktop folder

Cant find my files. Why is Win 10 deleted files again and again from Desktop ?.
