Windows 10: .Dll missing

Hi!

several .dll(amognst msvcr120.dll msvcp120.dll vcomp120.dll and many more) seem to be missing and all attemps to solve this have failed so far. I tried reinstalling the newest version of microsoft c++. I've tried downloading the files manualy and tried to register them. Both did not work. They only thing that helps me out a little bit is to place the missing dll files directly into the folders of the programs that need them but it's really grinding my gears and just now I had the first programm that did not react to that solution. I also tried sf /scannow and it said it found some corrupted files and also said it repaired them but still no solution what so ever in sight. I also tried a solution where i was supposed to change a folder name in the registry but i dont even have that folder.... maybe thats the problem? I would really appreciate some help here because it is driving me insane....

DLL Missing

I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.
