Windows 10: Do .EXE files still exist?

Hi there, this could be a totally stupid question but i cant seem to find a single .EXE file and they all seem to just be "application" files meaning i cant run them using scripts or anything, i have looked in every folder for multiple apps including chrome, did .EXE files get replaced or something? New to windows 11 so i dont really know.

The "insufficient system resources exist to complete error" usually appears when you try to run a program without enough permission to do so. To resolve this, you need to take the ownership of that exe file. For the steps, please check

How can i extract a bios file from an Asus .exe file ??

Well after extracting the exe it contains a bunch of dlls a cfg and few sys files, as far at the main update its a exe within a exe, no rom files, exist. If ya want a rom file for it, you'll have to flash your card and then back it up with gpu-z.

FYI Winrar can extract archived exe files.
