Windows 10: Do family safety has LOCK button?

1. Is there any LOCK button for parents to lock PC that is being used by kids?2. Scenario 1. After the time is up, the children ask for more time. Then I gave an extra hour. The children use the PC for half an hour before they take a break. After taking a break, they want to continue using the remaining 30 minutes but it says the time is up. Why are the remaining 30 minutes still running even though they have signed out?3. Scenario 2. When the pc is locked, the child asks for extra time, I give one hour.
