I do have the Bitlocker Key ID that shows up when it asked for the Bitlocker Key. Is there any way for me to find out from Microsoft what account this Key ID is associated with?I want to know which email id is associated with this bit locker stuff.I have forgotten the email address associated with the BitLocker recovery key.

Bitlocker Key

I have attempted to reset my Thinkpad prior to selling it.

I did this through windows 10 Update and Security. However the computer has now stopped at the bitLocker blue screen. This asks me to enter the recovery key and gives the following information "the key ID and the Drive label"

The thinkpad appears in my microsoft account but there is no bitLocker key listed.

How can I get the recovery key from the key ID provided?
