Windows 10: Do I have a virus?

    I found a suspicious application in my Startup Menu named "system", I have no idea what it does or how it got there, it takes up about 2.4gb of space. I suspect that it's some kind of malware or virus. I turned it off in the start-up menu a longtime ago, I was browsing through my task manager and saw it among startup apps, clicked to see properties and noticed that it was last accessed today. Tried deleting it but it says "Action cannot be complete because the file is open in system". I've scanned it using my Norton Antivirus and it says the file is safe, but I have doubts.Can anyone help wit
