Windows 10: Do I have a virus?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knows what these black things on my screen are because they have been very persistent and may be growing larger. I had a similar problem like this on my other laptop but I found out that that was a virus but I’m not quite sure if this one is to because unlike my other computer I can’t identify and unknown files and stuff affecting my startup,taskbar and Wi-Fi and so on and so forth but this laptop keeps complaining about storage and is very slow so I Was wondering if they are linked in anyway yes I already downloaded malware bites cause I didn’t that on my oth
