Windows 10: Do I have a virus?

In the last couple of days, my computer has started to become unresponsive after I leave it for any amount of time and I come back to it.

When I open up task manager, it very briefly shows 100% CPU Usage by System Interrupts, and then quickly changes to the first mage below.

I have never used the remote desktop services on this computer, so the fact that is is running is alarming to me. I have never seen it before when opening task manager.
