Windows 10: Do I have to burn the ISO to a DVD to be able to install Windows 10?

I used the media installation tool to download a Windows 10 ISO file on a USB, but when I checked the guide it said that I'll have to burn it to a DVD. Can't I just use winRAR or Daimon Tools to open it?
Oh, another question... If I install it using the ISO on a Windows 7 Ultimate x32 but without SP1 installed, will it ask me for a serial key? Thanks *Smile*Smile!

I would prefer to use the cd/dvd burner that is in my desktop rather than buy another burner. It worked just fine until I upgraded to 10 which took away all my ability to burn a cd/dvd.

Type Media Player in the search bar and click on it.

You will be able to use the same features that you used in older versions of Windows to burn CD or DVD.
